Colleen
Office Manager, Financial Manager, & Insurance Coordinator
Colleen joined the team in 2013 after completing the dental assisting program at BATC and earning her CDA. After two years of assisting, she moved to our front office where she is now our Office manager, Financial manager, and Insurance Coordinator. Colleen loves greeting patients for their appointments and seeing how happy our patients are when they get their braces off and have a great smile.
Colleen lives in Franklin, ID and has five adult children. She loves being a grandma to her first grandchild. In her spare time she loves singing at a local restaurant in the summer, fishing, kayaking, and spending time with her family.
Laura
Human Resources
Laura’s love for accounting, having things in order, and working with people made her a perfect fit for our team when she joined us in 1984. She keeps busy by managing staff benefits, payroll, accounting, and new employees. In her time here, she has built wonderful friendships with her coworkers and Dr Poole, whose love for his job makes her love her role even more.
In addition to her work at Poole Orthodontics, Laura is the Director of Mountain West String Academy. She loves both her positions, as they fill her organizational side, as well as her creative side! Laura has 5 daughters who are the best and 17 grandchildren who are her joy!
Nicole
Front Office Coordinator
Nicole has worked at Poole Orthodontics since 2018. You will see her at the front desk answering phone calls, making appointments, and greeting patients as they come in for their appointments! She loves working with people, from young kids to teens and older patients, and getting to watch their smiles change.
Nicole lives in Cache Valley with her husband, three kids and two dogs. She likes to spend her time watching her kids play sports, camping, and kayaking, attending concerts, and being with family and friends. She loves to travel to new places.
Yvonne
Treatment Coordinator and Orthodontic Tech
Yvonne has the wonderful opportunity of meeting and greeting our new patients and introducing them to the world of orthodontics. She also prepares and presents treatment plans and financial estimates to patients who are looking to begin their journey with braces. Her favorite thing about orthodontics is seeing the braces come off and the look on patients’ faces with their new BIG smiles and the confidence they now have.
In her free time, Yvonne enjoys hiking, going on road trips, and traveling as much as she can. She also loves spending time with her family and friends!
Chloe
Orthodontic Tech and X-ray Tech
Chloe attended Bridgerland Technical College here in Logan, UT, and completed her dental assisting program in 2020. She is involved in all parts of our patients treatment from preparing patients teeth for braces, to changing color ties, changing wires, taking photos and X-rays on patients, and assisting Dr. Poole with taking braces off. Of course, meeting so many people every day and helping them achieve their best smile is her favorite part of her job!
Chloe is currently in Dental Hygiene school and plans to graduate in December of 2026! In her free time she enjoys playing pickleball and spending time outside, especially in the mountains.
Emily
Orthodontic Tech
Emily, who joined Poole Orthodontics in 2021, assists in maintaining our patients’ braces and printing 3D models to send to our labs. She is certified in general dental assisting, orthodontic assisting, and radiology, which makes her a great asset to our team. Emily likes that she gets to work with different patients every day and play a role in making them proud of their smiles.
Emily loves to be outside and enjoys painting. She has three lizards and two cats, and loves all animals. She’s always up for new adventures!
Madi
Orthodontic Tech & X-ray Tech
A graduate of Bridgerland Technical College, Madi joined our team in 2021. She is one of our assistants, so patients will work with her throughout their treatment as she helps put braces on, adjust them, and - best of all - takes them off! Madi loves meeting new people and seeing their smiles change throughout their treatment.
Madi enjoys anything and everything outdoors, especially going for jeep rides on random back roads in the mountains, as well as traveling and seeing new places
Rosi
Orthodontic Tech and 3D Lab Tech
As an orthodontic assistant, Rosi’s main job is to work alongside Dr. Poole and assist in the application of braces, aligners, or expanders, as well as working with each patient and educating them about the treatment and importance of oral hygiene. She also has the opportunity to create 3D models for braces and retainers! Each day, Rosi comes into the office excited to see each patient and work her hardest to see the confidence they gain throughout their treatment. Most rewarding is seeing how happy each patient is after getting their braces off!
When she’s not at the office, you can catch Rosi outside taking pictures of Utah's landscapes, going on road trips, and spending time with her family!
Taylie
Orthodontic Tech, X-ray Tech, 3D Lab Tech
Taylie started working at Poole Orthodontics after graduating from dental assisting at Bridgerland Technical College in 2023. She loves working with, and getting to know lots of different patients throughout their treatment. Taylie is trained in many things including chairside assisting, printing 3D models, taking x-rays and photos of patients.
When Taylie is not in the office she is proudly serving our Country in the Utah National Guard, or she is in the mountains hunting and fishing.
Kayli
Orthodontic Tech & X-ray Tech
Kayli moved to Cache Valley from Dallas, TX in 2021. She has wanted to be an Orthodontic assistant since she was a kid. Now you may see her in the office assisting chairside, taking x-rays, working at the front desk or making retainers in the lab. Her favorite part of the job is watching patients' confidence grow throughout treatment. She also loves how Dr Poole and the team put so much time and effort into each patient.
Outside of the office she enjoys traveling, doing her nails, and spending time with friends and loved ones.
Melanie
Orthodontic Tech & X-ray Tech
Melanie attended Bridgerland Technical College and graduated as a Certified Dental Assistant. She loves working at Poole Orthodontics, and getting to meet new people everyday. One of Her favorite things about work is her co-workers and the environment. Melanie is one of several Spanish speaking assistants helping out with any language barriers. Braces have always been a fascination of hers and now being able to work in orthodontics brings joy to her work day.
When Melanie is not in the office you can find her doing her nails and hanging out with friends. She was born in Logan, UT and raised in Hyrum, UT. She is the youngest of her family with just one older brother and sister. She also has one childhood dog that she loves dearly.
Nikki
Treatment Coordinator & Front Desk
Nikki really enjoys working with people. She loves to greet patients and their families when they come into the office. Nikki is one of our Treatment Coordinators. She has the pleasure of introducing patients to the wonderful world of Orthodontics. She helps with X-rays, pictures, 3D scanning, treatment plans and financial estimates. Her favorite thing about orthodontics is seeing how happy patients are about their beautiful new smiles.
In her free time Nikki enjoys spending time with her husband and 4 children. Their favorite things to do together are camping in Southern Utah, playing at Bear Lake, or just a fun night of playing games at home.
Savannah
Orthodontic Tech
Savannah moved to Cache Valley from Arizona at the end of 2024. She recently got married and loves the newlywed stages of life. She has been an orthodontic assistant since 2023. When she moved to Cache Valley she felt that Poole Orthodontics was the place to be. She loves working with Dr Poole and the team to help create beautiful smiles for our patients.
Outside of the office she loves doing her nails and spending time with her husband. Her in-laws have lots of goats so she also loves playing with all the new baby goats.
